<p>Jimmy Lee, Sidlee&#8217;s production company, asked us to produce these videos. The concept was to have to animals that don&#8217;t exist to talk in a funny way about 4 of the 106 festivals taking place in Montreal every year.</p>

<p>The campaign went live on the New York Times website and made a lot of noise on the internet.</p>

<h3>Mandate</h3>
<p>The Partenariat of the Quartier des Spectacles wanted to create a mystery around the May 17 Fête de Montréal day. For this special occasion, they had over 90 artists from in different fields playing outside in the streets. We had to get the people attention on this event, and produce a coverage video of the day.</p>
<h3>How</h3>
<p>Inspired by some flashmobs, we organised a promotional stunt with a team that went at nightime to display about 100 black boxes with a PLEASE OPEN sign on most of them. When the people working in surrounding offices were walking by, they were stopping and opening the boxes and they would find a flyer saying  MAY 17 &#8211; BE PART OF THE PARTY. Our cameras catched the interogation in the eyes of the people and we made a short version for the pre-roll, and a longer one for the blogs.</p>
<p>To assure a great coverage of the official day, we wanted to give the look that we used video sequences published on the internet by some random people. To obtain this look, we had 10 cameras covering the event all day, with different cameras, from iPhones to Canon 7D.</p>
<h3>Results</h3>
<p>- Excellent way to discover Montreal through this video<br />
- 1225 views on the official video</p>

<p>Working in advertising is always a challenge, but this web series allowed us to have fun and to highlight other creative aspects of our talent! Funded in part by Fonds Indépendant de Production (who only recently started to fund webseries) Dakodak and TOU.TV got along from the get-go. Finally, a refreshing project most young people can identify with!</p>

You could win a limited edition Jägermeister bike. The video focused on that amazing bike and incited people to shop at the SAQ to enter the contest.</p>
<h3 class="solutions">How</h3>
<p>Jägermeister&#8217;s branding is very rock-inspired, so we hired Quebec’s rising stars : Dance Laury Dance. We asked them to bike around during the Tour de l’Île and to perform in a school yard, providing a rock concert for all cyclists!</p>
<h3 class="resultats">Results</h3>
<p>- Excellent visibility for the brand during the Tour de l’Île</p>
<p>- Promotion of a contest done during one of the biggest cycling events in Canada</p>
<p>- Production of exclusive content that has attracted a lot of attention on social networks and within the artistic community</p>
<p>- More than 12,000 views of the video</p>
<p>- Fun fact : The SAQ ran out of Jägermeïster during the promotion!</p>

<p>During the Vancouver Olympics, Teletoon wanted to promote their Teletoon La Nuit content. The goal was to offer an alternative to watch between two Olympic competitions.</p>
<h3 class="solutions">How</h3>
<p>Instead of promoting athletic performances, we chose to promote another kind of talent! Les Trois Accords were an appropriate choice because their music reaches the type of clientele we were looking for. Live broadcasting is a technology that has yet to prove itself, but this was a perfect timing since the airwaves were flooded by the Olympics and we managed to offer an a live and interactive alternative</p>
<h3 class="resultats">Results</h3>
<p>- Nearly 5,000 connections during the live performance which lasted nearly an hour</p>
<p>- Enhancing the brand through the use of a new technology</p>
<p>- Creating a dialogue within the Teletoon community</p>
<p>- Important increase, from 50 to 750, of Facebook fans for Teletoon la nuit</p>
